Great fun and venue – to eat, some pizza and traditional German fair. The entertainment was made even better sitting on communal tables with everyone.

We arrived at opening time of 5pm and for a while were the only guests there in a very large venue though others arrived over time. The staff were lovely allocating us very good seats and were friendly and chatty. The entertainment started just after 6.30. The main feature was an oompah band which did some authentic German music but mainly pop hits. And the other entertainment was the dancing Bratwurst babes and a scantily clad male acrobat. How good an evening you will have will depend mainly on the person or group you go with. I had to meet up with a friend and seeing this was on I chose this venue for our get together. It was a good choice.

It was opening night and very early, so the venue was still quite empty. It’s got potential. We’re local residents, so some others are concerned about noise and the price of entry. However, for a short term venue, it adds something interesting to do in the area. Servers take your drink orders, but not food – that was the only strange bit. Also, it being the first night it seemed Servers needed a bit longer to be able to answer questions – such as, where do you get the pretzels? But overall, its a comfortable space and would be good for a group.
